On 8-20-12, I dreamed about the word FOOD.  I saw the word in big black letters.  It kept flashing at me all night.

On 8-22-12, I gave blood for the first time.  My body became heavy and my head felt like bricks.  They came and wheeled me behind a screen, tilted the wheelchair completely back til my head was on the floor.  Applied cold wet cloths to my forehead and neck.  Gave me ice to crunch.

Finally I returned to the surface.

"Why did I have that reaction?"

"Did you have breakfast this morning?"

"No."

"You should always eat before giving blood.  It's important to have food."

Why didn't I listen to my dream?

I heard the words...."there's a xxxx in Texas."
I'm not telling you what I heard.

Dreamed last night, Åug 4,2012
I am standing in a city.  See a very tall building off in the distance.  As I watch, I see the top of the building being shaved off...like an invisible force cuts it right off.  The building top in slow motion falls to the ground below. ...can hear screaming.  I run to the local news people and tell them what I saw.  They will not believe me.  "You're making this up."
"No, I'm not!   Why won't you believe me?  We have to help them."
They all wait til they hear it broadcast live by some other news source.

I saw the marks on all or backs.
A small burn mark at the base  of each spine.

It was still dark outside.  I was awakened this morning by a mechanical sound.
"What is that?"
Coming out of sleep.
Beeping beeping up down
Then came more out of the sleep
Sound organized itself into a familiar one
An owl?
Strange
In the background of this "so called"  owl,  I could hear a mechanical back and forth
Slowly back to sleep
The owl is purring.

I saw the sun on my way home.
It reminded me of her.
